It has all the features I was looking for. It is very easy to submit a claim, check status or eligible coverage.
Great app! Very user-friendly and intuitive. Submitting a claim is extremely easy. I also really like the usage history feature.
I think the app is really good when its working properly. Before the last update, submitting claims was quick and easy. However, Ive tried using it to make a claim since the update, and it keeps saying theres an issue with the claim. The only thing thats changed was the app. I really hope the bug gets fixed soon.
I love being able to login using Touch ID. Login is much faster now too!
Just having to take a picture of my bills eases the process so much.
Great app! Love how easy it is to send a claim or check my coverage and remaining balances. Claims arent reimbursed automatically but it never takes more than a day or two.
Some bad moments
Cant even get the app to work. When registering it just says network error. Tried 10 times. Fix this soon! Awful
Could add and edit info but the changes wouldnt save and so I couldnt continue. Not worth the frustration.
Totally useless - crashes every time I attempt to use it. Only reason it has a 1-star is because I cant leave it with 0
For a large company with a proper budget, this is a pretty amateur app. Registration is painful and the interface has bugs. Unfortunate.
Unreliable, cant even login most of the time. And yes, Ive been able to login online
It did work before the new year but now it wont let you sign in 99.9% of the time
