Its super slow and it always says theres an issue when submitting a claim. It just loads and loads. Nothing happens and Im on a secure wifi network.
I tried many many times but couldnt register. It kept telling me that the information I entered did not match. What the heck?

How do I send and make a claim? Cant find it at all??
Cant even get to the second page it crashes before that tried many many times but still crashes never been able to submit a claim please fix this app. And on the website Adobe reader isnt friendly at all with Apple please upgrade for everyone that uses Apple product. And cant find the app for my iPad Air.
Always says my user name/password is incorrect when it isnt. Drives me insane. Great app when it works but otherwise useless. Called Blue Cross to tell them and the representative had no idea so obviously no one reads these reviews.
Tried to create an account but could not change birthdate off current date (and I wasnt born today).
Not very useful considering I cant even log in. I tried multiple times but the password they emailed me doesnt work.

This is probably the worst app ever. Ive never had an app crash so many times. But hey I guess thats the way blue cross likes it so they dont have to pay you your benefits
Medavie app use to work, now getting network error please try again later. Im sure its not my internet service, this is a app problem. Please fix!!!
Cant create new or access existing account on iPad. After contacting medavie and going through attempts with the rep, his supervisor told him the app doesnt work on iPads, just on phones. Reading other reviews, this issue has been known since April, but neither the App Store nor the medavie website informs customers of this.
but its a piece of junk. It does not want to take my banking information. It will not let me submit the claim through it. It just seems to be only good for taking up much needed space on my phone. How could Blue Cross ever think about putting something like this out there. I couldnt even move my card over to passport even though it said it was doing it. Why dont people try their apps before they put them out there make sure they actually work. I would ask for my money back if I had paid for it. Maybe I should charge them for my wasted time trying to set this piece of junk.
Great app! Love how easy it is to send a claim or check my coverage and remaining balances. Claims arent reimbursed automatically but it never takes more than a day or two.
The passbook feature has become ubiquitous, for these types of applications. If youre going to offer it, make sure it works.
I dont even have an option on my phone to submit a claim through the mobile application.
