App is nice and all, but the Passbook feature doesnt work. Nothing happens when I tap on the icon. Really want to add my insurance card to Wallet.

Cant even get the app to work. When registering it just says network error. Tried 10 times. Fix this soon! Awful

It has all the features I was looking for. It is very easy to submit a claim, check status or eligible coverage.

Could add and edit info but the changes wouldnt save and so I couldnt continue. Not worth the frustration.

Totally useless - crashes every time I attempt to use it. Only reason it has a 1-star is because I cant leave it with 0

This app was amazing, so easy to use and submit claims. There must be a bug that needs fixing now bc it crashes every time I open it. Please get this fixed!

For a large company with a proper budget, this is a pretty amateur app. Registration is painful and the interface has bugs. Unfortunate.

Great app! Very user-friendly and intuitive. Submitting a claim is extremely easy. I also really like the usage history feature.

I think the app is really good when its working properly. Before the last update, submitting claims was quick and easy. However, Ive tried using it to make a claim since the update, and it keeps saying theres an issue with the claim. The only thing thats changed was the app. I really hope the bug gets fixed soon.

Unreliable, cant even login most of the time. And yes, Ive been able to login online

It did work before the new year but now it wont let you sign in 99.9% of the time

This app was working great the first couple of times I used it - no issues at all. Loved it! Now Im lucky if I can sign in without an error, let alone use it without it crashing. Five stars if it gets fixed.

Looks like it would be a very handy app...but it will not even allow me to log in!! Please fix, in theory this sounds like a useful app.

Doesnt work at all. Always crashes. Cant even claim anything because of bugs. Dont download this crap until fixed. Use internet website. 0 stars

The app crashed while creating my account. Tried again, got my password via email but it wont accept it. Tried registering again, got a new password, that one didnt work either. Take this stupid app off the store! What a waste of time!!!

I love being able to login using Touch ID. Login is much faster now too!

I tried to register and it keeps telling me cant submit due to network issues, and im sure its not my internet.

Thank you for passbook support and Touch ID ! Now all thats missing is proper iPhone 6 and 6 plus resolution support. Its gonna be almost a year soon since both devices came out. Get with the times.

It crashes all the time. Long due for an update!

I used it the first three times and loved it! Take a picture of your invoice and very quickly the money is deposited into your bank account. The last two weeks I have been unable to even login. My username is saved in the app-yet it keeps saying "check and see you have entered the correct username" "unable to log you in at this time" My username and PW are definitely correct, the app just suddenly seems to no longer work. Its so much more convenient-I just wished it worked. Please fix it!!
